    Our Ethics

    How we choose to work.

The commitments we've made to ourselves and to the people we represent. These aren't aspirations. They're standards we hold ourselves to every day.

Every stage of how we practice is an ethical decision. We don't make compromises when it comes to how we treat the people who trust us with their case.

This page isn't a mission statement. It's closer to a set of promises we made to ourselves when we started this firm. We put them here because we think you should know what they are before you decide to work with us.

    Our Principles

    Six commitments we live by

    Our Principles

    Belief

    Westartfrombelief.Yourdoctorsaysyou'redisabled.That'senough.

We start from belief. When someone contacts us and tells us they've been denied disability benefits, we don't spend the first conversation trying to figure out whether their condition is real. We take that as a given. If your doctor says you're disabled and your insurance company says you're not, we know who we trust.

This matters more than it might seem. A lot of people who come to us have spent months being questioned. By adjusters. By their insurer's doctors. Sometimes by people in their own life. The last thing they need is a lawyer who makes them prove it all over again before agreeing to help.

We believe you. That's where we start. Everything else follows from there.

    In Practice

    What this looks like

Principles are only as good as the actions they produce. Here's what ours mean in practice.

    We will

Tell you honestly if we can't help with your case

    We won't

Take your case just to collect a fee

    We will

Return your calls within 24 hours

    We won't

Route you through a chain of assistants

    We will

Explain every detail of our fee before you sign

    We won't

    Surprise you with hidden costs

    We will

Recommend the settlement that's right for you

    We won't

Pressure you to accept a quick resolution

    If this resonates, we're here.

Free case review. No obligation. No pressure. If we can help, we'll tell you how. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
